Motorcycle Security\Evacuation Bond

I acknowledge I am required to lodge a security bond of $1500.00 30 days prior to departure for any damage done to a hire motorcycle or for a emergency evacuation by road or air if necessary.

Money is refundable upon safe return.

 

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

After confirmation and prior to final payment, deposit is non-refundable.

After final payment and more that 21 days to departure - 75% refund

Between 21 days and 14 days to departure - 50% refund.

Between 14 days and 7 days to departure - 25% refund.

Less that 7 days to departure - No Refund.

 

All tours are subject to reaching minimum numbers 30 days prior to departure

All participants required to sign “Acknowledgement of risk and release of liability“ form

Rugged Red does not provide travel Insurance please note you are responsible for arranging your own Travel\Accident Insurance prior to departure.
